Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations and reschedules should be done 48 hours prior to booked appointments.
After this, cancellations and reschedules will be charged a 50% non-refundable fee.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Late cancellations, late reschedules, No-shows, same-day cancellations, or same-day reschedules will result in a 50% non-refundable fee (of the full service price)
Cancelling, rescheduling, or no-shows on consultations within 48 hours will result in a $50.00 non-refundable fee.
Cancelling, rescheduling, or no-shows on perfecting sessions within 48 hours will result in a loss of the perfecting session.
Rescheduling after a loss of a perfecting session will require a $150.00 non-refundable fee
Please note:
Changing specialists will be considered a new treatment.
We do not offer touch-up pricing on work not done at our salon; it will be considered a new service.
All services are paid in full at your initial session. (6-week session is included)
All services are non-refundable.
Allergies
If you have any allergies please notify your specialist: e.g. pigments, dyes, latex, lidocaine, or any other.
COVID-19
At Estilo Microblading Salon is our priority to ensure the safety or our clients and team members, therefore we follow state guidelines. Please read carefully.
If you or someone you know have tested positive for COVID-19 of if you have any known symptoms for COVID-19 please stay at home, notify us immediately to cancel or reschedule to the next available time. We will require a negative COVID-19 test.
Masks are required in all of our locations. NO EXCEPTIONS
Privacy Policy
At Estilo Microblading Salon we take the privacy of our clients seriously, we will not share you information to any third party. This includes personal and billing information.
